I should add I have been on 6 weeks of vitamin D supplements (50,000 units) and am not obese. Yeah, I definitely don’t want to go to the doctor unless I have to. I’ve had to go a few times this year.
I should also add I had a cold that lasted about 2 weeks, and I still feel like my sinuses aren’t right. Could that be a factor?

what are the options for opite dependency programs? im already on methadone. I want to get off, so I was wondering if there are any better programs that would make it easier to get off?? and are there places that give you meds for the after effects like fatigue and all the other symptoms i’ll have after I get off, and what are those places called?? thanks for any help!
Hell, anything is better than methadone. That stuff is actually more addicting than heroin.
